The Smart Export Guarantee (SEG)
By using solar panels, you can gain impressive returns by selling excess renewable electricity back to the national energy grid. Incorporate battery storage for the best way to make your solar panels more efficient and cost-effective.
We recommend making the most out of the Smart Export Guarantee initiative. This ensures small-scale generators such as domestic systems are reimbursed for the renewable electricity they export to the grid. Known as an export tariff, money is paid out by well-known energy companies for the electricity you generate and export. Most importantly, all export payments are set by and monitored by Ofgem.
There are also additional tariff options available from energy suppliers. We can help advise you on these and direct you to information on the most appropriate tariffs.

Convert Solar Power for Heating Hot Water
As part of our product range, we also offer the option of adding a solar immersion controller so that you can heat your water for free using excess solar power. Here are two of our most frequently installed, SolarEdge and myenergi Eddi.
SolarEdge’s Smart Energy Hot Water Diverter
